4 Urban Dogmas

Hands that are raised, hands that demand, hands that implore...
...hands that are not closed because the irritated fists are the consequence of as much suffering; they prefer the prayer of the miraculous hope to the shout to strike with hard strikes the people in charge of as much exclusion.

Hands that hope, resigned hands, hard hands, cut by the cold inclemency to the delay of which the dogma reveals and makes reality its requests: Peace, Bread and Work. Three basic elements, so primary, so within reach of the society, so constituent of the civilization, that only God seemed to be only the able one to grant them, before as much nonsense, before as much negligence, before as much human stupidity.

Those hands that lock up the last heat of overwhelmed people, they are the same ones that generously is opened to offer itself to those who nothing they do not have either, and almost nothing already hopes; the annual rite of the peregrination to Santo of the Work also is a shared in common ceremony, where the poor men help poorest, liquefying, by awhile, the though sensation of which there is no future.

Faith cannot be explained; simply, it is. It happens, it is transmitted yes, but the taking or leaves it. And dices the thin results that are observed in a world exhausted more and more, or faith is not sufficient, or of the faith nothing only takes control.
And then?

Santiago Cavinato proposes an interesting glance here to us, where the semantic nucleus of its visual speech is located in the fragmentation of a gesture that is of a rough, tense and anguish gesture. The resistance in the images subscribes that double joint between a faith act, (an act of loyalty towards a superior being) and the frustration, the unbelivement before a society that lacks mechanisms to mitigate the poverty. Today there is no work, and possibly tomorrow either. The "possibly" is the fact, and they endorse to a dogma that says to have the power to activate the means that revert the situation. With faith it only can get to be understood that a supernatural Being is only the able one to solve a so human subject.

The Author crosses those hands looking for a flank by where some indication filters that allows the understanding of such behaviors, without being entangled in the anthropological or psychoanalytic theories. From the level one, without prejudices, it makes a glance that heightens the nobility of that gesture that it invites to the deep communication, from the soul to the outside.
